Is There a Culture of Learning in Formalized Training?
Linda Ann: When we're talking about a culture of learning, it's different. We can't exactly rely on adult learning theory in the way that we have before with the formalized trainings. Without that, there's no implementation. There's no adult learning in terms of fitting it into examples that have been important or elaborating on that based on life experiences that are meaningful. 90% of actually implementing, experimenting with it, learning and being able to adjust afterwards.
