Did Comy's Announcement Influence the Election Outcome?

And then things got much worse because just 11 days before the two thousand and 16 on, comy sent a letter to congress saying, well, actually, we have some newly discovered emals right that we think are irrelevant to the clinton investigation. Did comy's announcement influence the election outcome? I don't know for sure, wright but it was certainly a factor in how people thought about who they were voting for.
