The Development of Reasoning Skills in Middle School
It's not enough for students to get answers. You actually have to develop that kind of reasoning. We need to change their brain structure, more complex connections and relationships. The more they're not thinking in one level, the harder it will be for us to move on to the next level. Any middle school teacher can tell you that unfortunately that's where we are too often.
