What Should Be Included in the Honors Application?

In case you are looking for podcast topics, my friends and I thought you might consider doing one on the honors section of the application. It seems to cause some grief among students and counselors as to what should or should not be listed. The most valuable things that show up there are things that are not reiterating other pieces of information. We learn a lot more about your achievements from your essays than we do from teachers' recommendations.
