In 2020, you buy leg Mason. I think it was an old cash deal, four and a half billion dollars. And then we took on some debt. What was the thinking that what did leg Mason bring that you guys needed or didn't have? Yeah. So in the case of leg, they had Western asset management, which is, you know, core plus fixed income,. And we just didn't have scale there. You have to have scale to be in the institutional space. The other big one that was exciting for us was Clarion Partners, which now is an $82 billion real estate manager. They were 75% institutional. We were 75% retail. Bringing the two firms
