She believes in order to feel safe, she needs a button. Her argument would be that the only thing that can keep them from taking over this country and killing millions of people is to be able to kill basically the entire world with an enormous nuclear arsenal. She feels safer if no woman, no matter what her case is, is allowed to abort a baby,. Even if she's at risk like that already.
