There have been four Tory Prime Ministers since 2010. That's more than there have been Labour PMs for about 350 years. When figures such as Roy Jenkins, Michael Hesseltine and David Miliband were not in power it was because of the devaluation of the pound. And those that ache to take over find it impossible to remove them.
