Is There a Change Coming?
Teck has always been kind of a boys club and sort of ender specific in a way. My advice to them is, the change is not going to happen by itself. Don't hold yourself back, and don't look for other leaders that you can follow. Try to reach out. There are other leaders who encouraging the diversity. Be the change you want to we wish to say, in the words, stand up and take the lead.
