The Relationship Between Attention and Well Being
As your ability to pay attention degrades, you're less able to achieve your goals. You have less of a sense of what's called an internal locus of control. There's lots of evidence that stress undermines attention. I think this is happening at the moment with covid and i can't bear it. It will flip your attention involuntarily into something else. Just scale that up across a a country, or a nation, or a a world, right of species. So yet, i am, i agree, man.
