A new house is not a ton of maintenance and other expenses, but I'm just curious like taxes and insurance and then your mortgage payment. What are those costs? Yeah, so the tax bill on it's about $3,600 a year. The insurance is $1,000. So those are our two biggest, $4,600. And then we do include lawn care. We did a shared water meter,.
