Social Networks - What Are They?

i've been working on a project trying to map different types of social networks. The third most popular category we found are question and answer networks. We're calling all these things social media but there's sociability, which covers a huge range of activities. And i love the fact that you're looking at w t social and essentially saying, look, here are some things we want. I think we're slightly on that front right now.
