The Different Types of Non Monogamy

There's a whole boatload of terms out there and labels. We're not going to get super granular in this episode going through every possible label or term. A Ugov survey found that 34% of the respondents described something other than complete monogamy as being their ideal relationship style. One in eight Americans say that they have engaged in sexual activity with someone other than their primary partner with their primary partner's permission. About 5% of the adult population in the US is currently engaging in some form of consensual non monogamy.
