Couples Therapy
Both people figuring out how to manage their symptoms and how they can support one another, i think it's really important. Both people may be having a coach. And whatever other steps they decide to take to manage their at h d is going to be really important. I am a big fan of therapy. My own personal as i didn't love couples therapy,. But i also think it's probably best to start with individual therapy. Again, just my personal experience, we both grew so much independently that it allowed us to be less co-dependent.
