The Biggest Critics of the Atomic Bomb

Scientists who played a part in creating the bomb were often most opposed to its use. Leo sellard was one of the biggest critics, pointing out that if germans had used an atomic bomb on a civilian population they would have been hanged for war crimes at nuremberg. Even einstein came to regret his role in encouraging roosevelt to invest in an atomic programme saying it was the biggest mistake he made in his life.
