Investing in the Real Estate Market - What's Happening in 2009?

Brent has been investing since he was 14 years old. He bought his first property in 2009 at a time when the economy was just coming out of GFC and people were saying you had to spend $500,000 for an investment home. Brent now owns three properties across Australia including one that is worth more than A$1 million today. It's located on Sydney's Southbank where many investors are based because they believe it will be easier to sell off their homes if things go wrong. The two-bedroom no garage house with fibro cold sort of still got yield though just over five percent so far.
