i wonder also if you see what's happened in san francisco, los angelesa, to some extent to blazio's former mayor do vasio, as almost kind of experiments or laboratories with some of these really dangerous policies. What we saw in new york, i think, was a lesson for a lot of other cities,  was this massive expansion in a investment that made the physical environment more resilient to crime increase.
