The Right to Forgive

I don't have the right to forgive on someone else's behalf. God can, but not me. That's how God operates. If you kill Meghan, I cannot forgive you. Only the person offended, hurt, damaged, can forgive. So back to your thing. You've been offended. I don't think you owe them forgiveness. If they haven't said they're sorry,. Why should anybody ever apologize?
