How Do You Feel When You're Not Feeling Great?

I think a lot of us do that, especially with heir mental health. We worry too much about how people will perceive us and we want to make every one else feel better. So ask yourself, you know, are you being honest first with yourself? How are you doing? Are you struggling? And if you are fine, at least one person you can share that with, maybe say, i haven't been honest with myself or with you because i don't want to make you feel bad er.
