Are There Capital Gains Tax Concerns?
There are some capital gains tax concerns or things that we want to be understanding before we change any entities. The best legal structure we believe to have it in over here anyway is a discretionary trust, because that affords the most flexibility from a longevity perspective. It's really about providing optionality without disadvantaging yourself from a tax perspective and pursuing that. There's also a much better asset protection around holding it in a trust as opposed to personal. That's talking to what we see here and very interested to see what they look like in the US.
