Don't Be Anxious
i like to think of it as a one to five scale. One and two are in the doughnut hole. Three and four or the doughnut. Five to ten, if you're an anxious person, is where you hit anxiety. When i'm in my learning zone, i can actually make conscious choices that are going to be helpful to my family. Whether it's breathing, eating healthy, sleeping, taking some of those actions that will build the physical resilience that will support the mental resilience.
