Water Boiling at 100 Degrees C at One Atmosphere of Pressure

All science is provisional because it's based on induction this way. Even if you have measured the boiling point of water at ground level and you change your theory maybe there's some other condition that you haven't considered yet so everything is provisional. Water in a very new pan a pan with really nice smooth edges we'll actually superheat meaning it will go above a hundred degrees C even at one atmosphere it'll go up to 105 or something. A hundred degrees C ideally it would boil but it needs a nucleation surface which means it needs something to form bubbles on and if you have a perfectly smooth surface it won't nucleate.
