Is There a Hidden Word in the Heart?
Once it's memorized, scripture becomes a friend that can come to your rescue in time of need. If i'm struggling, if temptation comes, then all of a sudden, where can my mind go away from that temptation? It can go find refuge in the word of god, because it's hidden there in my heart. We've talked here before about burning bushes,. scripturally speaking, where somehow you find a verse that begins to glow a little gospel light and you decide to turn aside and get the message God has hidden there for me.
