Is Your Team the Boss?

Most founders are actually more employable than they think they are, really. I think that you have to run your team as if the team is the boss,. Each one of them could be c eo or could be a c o right? That's kind of how i really felt about peter and ficundo. And then when coming to paddle, that was like a really big thing. There's a lot of founders on the exact team, like a lot of developers a and so part of that's great, part of that’s probably not great - depending on ha look at it.
