How Much Fluid Should You Drain?
Hepatologists and nephrologists have very different opinions on this question about how much fluid we should be removing. In an acute setting where you think they're infected is probably not wise to do a huge volume of parasitosis. Diuretics are obviously the main therapy for acites, but the other thing that you have to put them on is a low sodium diet.
