This is the equivalent, i think, during the od bamma years, wasn't it a big story about him not showing up at nasho daily national security briefings? He didn't want to be in that room. I don't know what other what idol was big enough for him to polish that he didn't wants to be there. In this case, him not being there allowed them to go and run off, runamo. No one in this book comes off worse than mike pens does. And i mean nobody.
