Women in the Eighteenth Century
The term 'pajoriti' was used to refer to cromwell's park parliament in the seventeenth century. It just became so later in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. This was a network of intellectuals who fostered female scholarship, women publishing,. creative endeavour through their friendshipsThrough their patronage and through their letter writing. They were extraordinarily successful in achieving cultural visibility for women writers in the eighteenth century. But i think, nevertheless, there was some new about the idea of the female intellectual in late 17th Century britain.
