Humanitarian Law and the Laws of War Are the Main Cause of Modern Warfare

I was really amazed that in scientific ballistic literature, they're constantly referring to language of water. And I think it's interesting that even these military scientists have to find this language to kind of cover up, even to themselves, what it is that those missiles they're developing actually do. The big powers are engaged in this constant, relentless, war-mongering, that the people, us as citizens, actually don't seem to have a voice. Yes, I think that is a real problem that we all have to address. We're not addressing it. But if you look at the actual conflicts themselves, isn't it true to say the development of notions of human rights over recent years means
