I was really amazed that in scientific ballistic literature, they're constantly referring to language of water. And I think it's interesting that even these military scientists have to find this language to kind of cover up, even to themselves, what it is that those missiles they're developing actually do. The big powers are engaged in this constant, relentless, war-mongering, that the people, us as citizens, actually don't seem to have a voice.
