Cryptocurrency and the SEC's Comment Period
The SEC just closed the the comment period for the reg ATS proposal that would treat everything into exchange. JW is worried about at some point potentially something gets slipped into a must-pass bill like was was done to us with the infrastructure bill last course we get a mister that doesn't happen again and hopefully a ray of hope could be maybe our allies on the hill slip something into amust-pass bill in favor of us. The most used would be some kind of a fix to the cap gains recognition on every crypto transaction.
