In PBS, proposers have 100% participation instead of 92%. You can force the proposer to take the highest value block that they're given. Once you implement bank sharding, that's what it's going to look a little different. It probably means that there's going to be more centralization when it comes to that builder role. But at the same time, one thing I talked about in the last interview is the builders have a lot of power and that they can see all transactions in the mempool as well.
