The Importance of a Time Course in Vasculitis

Ravi: Usually the patients describe a prodrum of severe pain in the axilla and they often go to physicians and there's nothing really to see on exam and people aren't sure. And then the pain sort of resolves over days and in its wake leaves weakness. The classic history is that the patient has done some heavy exertion with that arm the day before chopping wood, I think is in the old descriptions or something, um, like that. So maybe even with the time course makes us think a little bit more brain or core here with this focal deficit.
