How to Investigate in a Scenario Like That

I don't think people realize just how much ground they're covering when you get in there and how easy it is to get lost. But I mean, I've experienced plenty in the hospital, but sometimes it's not as active. And like we talked about before, there's a lot of noises and things that don't necessarily make sense. It's very hard to figure out where they're coming from directionally.
