When you were growing up, did you know what you wanted to do? I thought i wanted to go off and write books. But when i discovered narro science, just everything clicked into placead also, i had taken a number of philosophy classes. So now you're hooked on on neure science. You phe dan your science at bayler college of medicine down down the road, also in houston. And and i gather you returnd there after your ph d, to run your own research lab. One journalist described your lab as looking more like a t najer's bedroom than a hot bed of cutting edge science. What made him say that? Ha, ha
