Zone Zero and Zone One Easy Training to Build Durability

I love the idea of getting that through general means in the warmup. I know when I would have tennis, if we played basketball as a warmup for lifting, those guys, I think I didn't have a harry monitors on them. But I bet if we did, they would have had higher heart rates and work outputs than a lot of their actual tennis play or even some of our spring conditioning. And so why not figure out ways to do zone zero or zone one easy training to build that durability? Because with track athletes in high school, they have these injuries that we never see in our group.
