People can easily get misled by some one they respect. They can accidentally become sort of yes men or yes people. Ich actually lowers your potential value to that same person who might need to be told they were wrong. A good boss doesn't want to be surrounded by yess men. You know, ba ye, you can't just yell, that's, that's dumb. Over and over. That's not useful.
