The mayor of Carmel, Rhode Island was accused of having an affair with his ex-wife. Delio refused to press charges and agreed not to sue her for alienation of affection. The allegations against CNC were made public the night before a grand jury trial. A private eye later found audio tapes that identified Sheila as the woman on them.
