Protein is a good place to go for a lot of our meals. There's very little on supplements, I think fish oil is the only one that had any reasonable back and maybe magnesium. All the magnesium in the world isn't going to help if you're not eating all day and then you're eating all of your meals in two hours at night. People also get bogged down in those really small details.
