Product Manager - What Should a Product Manager Do?

A good product manager should be competent in multiple facets. Product managers are involved so early in the product development cycle, you'll find yourself often in ambiguous situations. Proactively planning means what I mentioned in the previous slide about making sure that your delivery team is unblocked. You need to look at the problems, assess the prioritization of certain things and decide what should go first.
