At its worst I would have to say academia there's a great learning curve in academia you got to know which battles to fight because some of them are you just no matter how right you are you will you will never win. By making money or being successful or influencing the style of music or genre of music you've made your mark and you can be a little bit comfortable about having made your contribution.
