The Future of Food in the 21st Century

Dr. Ana Zeta is the author of a new book called U.S history in 15 foods. She says she's working on a chapter about dumpster diving and food not bombs from the 1980s. Dr. Zeta has also started an interdisciplinary project with her colleagues at virginia tech to look at how historical knowledge can be used for social science projects.
