Sally Kohn: What has Biden said about what he plans to do with Trump's immigration policy? And what are the prospects for achieving it? Kohn: Not a lot of details have been released, although obviously it's been widely reported that Biden, as a candidate, has talked about moving forward with some form of a large-scale legalization program.
