You Might Have Been Unconsciously Focused on Reading as a Beginner
Reading is a big one. You probably learn a lot of bochabrary from reading too, so that's a good foundation. And then some common trend i noted that several people that i talked to mentioned that they wished they had known or focused on as a beginner. A better understanding of particles early on. Those can really trip people up. Tofugu has some good grammar pages and ara and down lodables and stuff about particles,. But definitly, just find something that works.
