The Importance of Sustainability in Leasing
There's broad consensus that both see much greater demand for lease flexibility and agility going forward. On a positive note there is a bit or at least appears to be some pretty good alignment between the landlord and the occupier in terms of what they think are priorities. Just 2% of those line laws asset owners said we have enough capex budgeted to deliver the change that we see being needed. For me that's quite a startling aspect or stack given that there is clearly a movement in that direction.
