Property management is like a "a la carte" option, he says. It eliminates too many questions needing to be asked on his end of what expectations they have for him. He tries to make sure that the property owner has little to no hands on requirements unless they want to. The whole point of having a property manager in my opinion is what am I paying you for if I have to deal with all these headaches?
