There is no direct word for pure consciousness in english, i use the words consciousness, awareness interchangeably. Some people get confused when a nisadeda thamara says this is this consciousness you're talking about, an at the end of the physical body. When the physical body dies, that's gone. What is seing nowth consciousness is gone. He means this consciousness, which we have right now, as long as the mind is not reactivated any more,. It's just like being in deep sleep for a time. Being pure consciousness is always there.
