Amy used to have CTP and third party property insurance for a 2001 Toyota Corolla, the one with the tape deck. She's now sold it and upgraded it to a 2011 Nissan Pulsar at a cost of $8,000. Because the risk of the car getting broken into or stolen is now higher than previously. Just a word of note here, if you're a healthcare worker working at a hospital remember your hospital is liable to provide you with a safe car park spot or means to get to that particular car park.
