I think what we're touching on here is the belief that underlies all of this. And all of the weird cognitive dissonance that never gets addressed is that the transgender alter the creation of that individual subsumes all other aspects of the self. So I feel like as the data comes in and the data doesn't live up to you know life-saving gender, firming care. That the way that clinicians are making space for that is to say we treated the gender in congruence. Who cares who treated the gender? The presenting problem was gender we treated that. But frankly if their mental health it's something for some other people to deal with because we're doing it.
