How to Deal With Pressure in Formula One

Formula One is a team sport, and we obviously most famously see the drivers under pressure. During the race, I'm a water boy, so I will be running in and out to get drinks for the pit crew as they get restless. There's a bit of panic there, and sometimes it doesn't come off quite as easy when someone makes a mistake. We do so many pit stops, something's going to go wrong at some point. No one sets out to make an error. When there's an error, it gets picked up. People on the internet could be fairly ruthless. But, yeah, accidents do happen. We were lucky. We've not had any serious accidents yet
