Arthur Levitt brought kind of mass production techniques to suburban home construction. His company would build as many as 150 homes a week in these highly, highly segregated planned communities. This was also during a time like culturally we were defining the nuclear family and really isolating people. And this is this happened within people alive today's lifetimes.
