You have to accept that you're in a new normal. And you have to create scenarios for if this new normal lasts for 12 months, 24 months. How do you need to relook at the business? Are there any underlying assumptions which have truly changed? After six months, everyone was talking online, online, online. Nobody was giving heed to the offline retailers while lockdowns were over. Now through D2C, you would be able to run that your own business.
