Single Taxes - Is That Really a Land Value Tax?

The big Georgia's policy is a single tax. It's the only value tax. You know what enough fucklies for this? So people on the right as well. A lot of people on the left as well are interested in it. I think that there's much more potential to have something that is effectively a land value tax but is not called that and it takes a different form that someone is much more willing to pay. Every time you enter Disneyland and you pay your gate pass you are effectively paying a landvalue tax. And people are pretty thrilled to do it because they love Disneyland. Um there's also another related concept that really needs rebranding is the HOA that like homeowners
